I am Alissa, The SoupHugger.
At The SoupHug , I believe that food is not just about nourishing the body, but also the soul.
That's why I put so much care and attention into every soup I make.
I use fresh (local, when possible) ingredients & every SoupHug has a heaping helping of love.
For every pot of soup I make
I eat some.
I give some away.
Sometimes to a friend.
Sometimes to a neighbor.
Sometimes to a stranger.
Who needs a SoupHug?
You. do. We all do.
You can buy a SoupHug for someone in need or add a few dollars to our Give a SoupHug Community Fund.

So stoked to donate SoupHugs to local charity and community events because that makes me happy.
It's a warm, yummy, healthy and delicious soup.
As a child, I felt so much love whenever we had soup.
It always felt like a warm hug and you could just feel the love.
My favorite SoupHugs to make remind me of my childhood- my Mom's Chicken Noodle and my Grandma Colucci's Minestrone.
My Mom and Grandma made them for me.
I made them for my daughter Ella and so many of my friends and loves.
What your favorite SoupHug?
Please let me know what kind you want me to make...Sweet Potato, Carrot, Ginger, Grandma Colucci's Minestrone, Thai Chicken, Thai Tofu, Chicken Noodle or suggest a new SoupHug recipe!
Yay for Serving up SoupHugs here in Leadville - all year long!

These are always on the stove but I can make almost any kind of Soup you want. I always use gluten free noodles and usually do not use any dairy.
SoupHugs are love. SoupHugs are good. (Not so subliminal message) You need a SoupHug.
